Functionality
The wheels are placed on a roller conveyor by an employee.
From there, the wheels are cycled into an ultrasonic tank, where coarse and slightly adhering dirt is soaked and loosened. After pre-cleaning, the wheels are transported transported to the final cleaning stage. In this step, the wheel is cleaned with brushes from above and below and rinsed with clear water.
It is then dried with a radial fan. This completes the final cleaning process and the wheels are received by an employee or conveyed by conveyors to the testing facility.
